About the Role

Reduciner is seeking a Research & Development Manager to join the RnD center currently under planning in Jyväskylä. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the research center and play a central role in experimental operations and future process development.

You will work closely with the technical team and have hands-on responsibility for safe, reliable, and efficient RnD center operation while contributing to the ongoing design and improvement of the pilot facility.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include operating the RnD center, executing and supporting test runs, preparing test run documentation, carrying out measurements, and performing routine maintenance of the facility. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the planning, development, and continuous improvement of the pilot plant.

What We’re Looking For

You have a relevant technical education and experience in industrial environments or experimental research operations. You bring strong communication and collaboration skills and are comfortable working in a hands-on, dynamic setting. Fluency in both Finnish and English is required, along with a strong commitment to safety and responsible operational practices.

Experience with experimental work, automation systems and gas measurement techniques is considered an advantage.
